You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

When you create a birth profile for someone else — a child, family member, or anyone in your care — you confirm that you have the right to share their birth details with us for that purpose.

DigitalKundali provides Vedic astrology chart calculations and AI-generated interpretations for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on DigitalKundali — including insights about health, education, marriage, career, or family — is medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind, and it should never be treated as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.

You're solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content from DigitalKundali.

Chart calculations (planetary positions, houses, nakshatras, dasha periods, and dosha flags) are produced by our own deterministic astronomy engine. Written interpretations and predictions are generated by third-party AI models based on that chart data. AI-generated text can be incomplete, imprecise, or occasionally incorrect — we don't guarantee its accuracy, and you should use your own judgment when reading it.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service's infrastructure (for example, through automated scraping or excessive request volume).
• Submit birth information belonging to someone else without a legitimate basis to do so.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or repackage the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the birth details and other information you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to operate and improve the service — including generating your charts and insights — for as long as your account exists.

The DigitalKundali name, logo, design, and underlying software — including our chart calculation engine — are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks or source code.

DigitalKundali relies on third-party services to operate — including Google Sign-In for authentication and OpenRouter for AI-generated interpretations. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy.

You may stop using DigitalKundali and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the platform.

DigitalKundali is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the fullest extent permitted by law — warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that chart calculations or AI-generated content will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalKundali and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including decisions made in reliance on chart calculations or AI-generated content.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use DigitalKundali after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
